At R-Tech, we believe in transparent and fair pricing for our services. Here’s a breakdown of our charges:

  • On-Site Service:

    • For on-site repairs, we charge a flat fee of $200 for the first hour.

    • Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments.

    • Our travel time is billed one way, which means the clock starts when we leave our office.

    • Minimum service duration: 1 hour.

    • 24/7 support including weekends and holidays is available at 2x our normal rate.

  • In-Shop Repairs:

    • If you bring your computer to our shop, the hourly rate is $120.

    • There’s a minimum charge of $60 even for shorter tasks.

    • The maximum labor charge is capped at $240.

  • Remote Support:

    • Our remote support services are billed in 15-minute increments.

    • The rate is $50 per 15 minutes (equivalent to $200 per hour).

  • Diagnostics:

    • Our diagnostic fee is $60.

    • If you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, you only pay this fee.

    • If you decide to fix the issue, the diagnostics fee is waived.

  • Parts

    • Parts are obviously extra and you can provide your own parts or we can provide them.
